Barth Holohan, Founder and President
	Barth Holohan received a master’s degree in business and social work with a concentration in gerontology from Washington University in St. Louis.  Before founding Continuum, he became a healthcare consultant, obtained a nursing home administrator’s license, and worked in the operations of retirement communities.  He has successfully led Continuum’s growth since starting the company in 2002.  Barth lives in West County with his wife and three daughters.
Cathy Pasierb, Executive Director
	Cathy Pasierb graduated from Washington University with her master’s in social work.  She practiced as a Geriatric Care Manager for seven years before joining Continuum in 2003.  She was key in integrating Geriatric Care Management with the home care services provided at Continuum.  While Cathy still provides direct care and oversight for clients, her main focus is managing the day-to-day operations of the company to ensure quality care.  Cathy lives in Glendale with her husband, daughter, and assorted pets.
Johna Sides, Staffing Manager
	Johna Sides has worked in home health staffing for the last 10 years, the last half with Continuum.  Since Johna started at Continuum, she has successfully led the staffing department’s growth so that there are now three full-time staffing employees.
Gloria Reed, Human Resources Manager
	Since joining the company in December 2007, Gloria Reed has managed our recruitment and hiring process, training programs and employee relations.  Last spring she began taking courses at Washington University to earn her master’s degree in human resources.  Gloria lives in South City with her husband and son.
Sue Gilmor, Director of Care Management
	Sue Gilmor has been with Continuum since September of 2007.  She has her MSW from Washington University and has been working in long-term care for over 12 years.  Her specialty lies in working with seniors and their families, especially those dealing with Alzheimer’s and dementia.  Sue sets up services for most of Continuum’s clients.  She oversees client care and provides support and resources to families and clients.  Sue lives in St. Louis City with her husband and sons.
